From skeptic to believer
The breakfast spread was delightful, and the staff's warm hospitality made us feel like family. The ability to sort out ski passes and lessons right at the reception was exceptionally convenient!
Although the adjoining bar had a great vibe, noise levels at night were bothersome, undermining the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of our stay.

Noise from the bar area affects sleep!!! Housekeeping timing could be improved by ensuring privacy when entering rooms!!! Limited communal spaces detract from social interaction!!! Parking availability needs addressing during peak seasons!!!

Family friendly retreat
We had an amazing time bonding over meals every night. The kids loved the options on the menu, nothing was left on their plates!
Yeah, it wasn’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

the hotel has a nice location and we had a great view to the mountains from our room on the 4th floor. the staff was super friendly and made us feel like we were part of a big family. breakfast was well organised and tasty, and the town is really beautiful, perfect for a family getaway.
the bathroom could've used some updates and we wish there were more activities for kids in the evening.

My stay was relaxing. The staff assisted me with ski passes and lessons. I enjoyed the nearby slopes for skiing, and dining options were within walking distance. I appreciated the free access to the local swimming pool with the St Johann card. I also found the atmosphere at the bar engaging, as it was frequented by locals who shared their experiences. I traveled with family, and this made for enjoyable evenings together.
The nearby weekend market created some congestion in the streets, but this was outside the hotel's control. Some areas felt slightly outdated, lacking modern features.

The staff truly made this a fantastic experience, going above and beyond to assist with everything from lift passes to ski lessons. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a delightful spread and a warm atmosphere, akin to dining with family. The location provided stunning mountain views, although some rooms might feel slightly dated and lack modern amenities. While the adjoining bar offers a nice vibe, it could benefit from soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful atmosphere at night.
